As training can be performed on a bed, there is a lower risk of falling and it reduces the burden of caregivers. The low level of resistance provided by the body weight reduces the burden on the lower limbs and allows for continuous training.

As this is an active exercise on a bed, there is no need for active assistance and it only requires monitoring.
